Executive Management

 Charles J. Kathrein

Founder, Chairman and CEO, Mustang Technologies

 Mr. Kathrein has more than 25 years experience working in Asia and more than 40 years experience in the Communication, Information Technology, Logistics and Maintenance Management sectors.

 Mr. Kathrein is a retired United States Marine Corps Major and a Vietnam War veteran.  Prior to his retirement from the Marine Corps, he was a program manager for the U.S. Navey/Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioned Ships (MPS) Program.

In addition, he is a former college professor, a former IT consultant/project manager, and has held senior executive positions with a major ERP solutions provider and a leading enterprise application tool provider in the Asia Pacific Region.

 Mr. Kathrein is also an Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Maryland, University College Asian Division, a guest lecturer for the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore and Fudan University School of Management, and he has been a presenter at Asian Business Forum Conferences.

 Mr. Kathrein holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, and a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the University of Illinois.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute, Thai Institute of Directors, and International Who's Who of Professionals.

 Mr. Kathrein is past Governor, American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, and past Chair, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Committee, American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand.  In addition, he serves on several Boards of technology companies in Asia.

Noel J. Umpad

FuelTrax Technician

Mr. Umpad is an experienced computer hardware and software professional. He has experience with integration of hardware, software and communications devices.

Mr. Umpad earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from STI College-Ormoc, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines.

Applications Engineers, Marine Fuel Management Solutions

 Mustang Technologies has a network of Applications Technicians in, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan,Philippines, and Singapore.

All Mustang Technologies professionals (employees and contractors) have signed 'Confidentiality and Invention Assigment Agreements'.

All Mustang Technologies professionals are university graduates with accredited English abilities. 

Mustang Technologies values certification.  Two FuelTrax Technicians will become Factory Certified during September 2017.
