Executive Management
Charles J. Kathrein
Founder, Chairman and CEO, Mustang Technologies Group, that includes Mustang Technologies International, Inc., Mustang Technologies, Inc., Mustang Technologies Co., Ltd. and Mustang Technology Holdings LLC.
Mr. Kathrein is an offshore IT outsourcing pioneer in Thailand who was the first tenant of Software Park Thailand in 1999. He has more than 25 years experience working in Asia and more than 40 years experience in the Information Technology sector.
Mr. Kathrein is a retired United States Marine Corps Major and a Vietnam War veteran. He is a former college professor, a former IT consultant/project manager, and has held senior executive positions with a major ERP solutions provider and a leading enterprise application tool provider in the Asia Pacific Region.
Mr. Kathrein is also an Adjunct Associate Professor, University of Maryland, University College Asian Division, a guest lecturer for the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore and Fudan University School of Management, and he has been a presenter at Asian Business Forum Conferences.
Mr. Kathrein holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roosevelt University, and a Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, Thai Institute of Directors, and International Who's Who of Professionals.
Mr. Kathrein is past Governor, American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, and past Chair, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Committee, American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. In addition, he serves on the Boards of Directors of Geoprise Technologies Corporation (USA), Geoprise Technologies Co., Ltd. (Thailand), Ascenz Pte Ltd (Singapore), and Global Interactive Solutions, Inc. (Philippines) And he serves on the Advisory Committee, Global Trade and Investment Management (GTIM) Network (Vietnam).

Senior Technical Management
Mike Grandin
Software Engineering Manager
Mr. Grandin is responsible for quality delivery of software projects. His duties include project management and software architecture. In addition he serves as coach and mentor for team technical leads and software engineers in Mustang Technologies' Offshore Software Development Centers (ODC).
Mr. Grandin has been a software engineering professional since 2000. He has acquired programming skills in C, C++, Perl, .NET (C#), Python, J2EE, MySQL, MSSQL and Oracle, ColdFusion, HTML, Javascript and shell scripting, PHP, XML and XSL.
Since joining Mustang Technologies in Bangkok early 2004, Mr. Grandin has been a software developer, Team Technical Lead, Project Manager and Software Architect. He has delivered projects for clients in the USA and Canada.
Mr. Grandin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
