Project Manager/Software Architect

 Reports to:  Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO)

 Qualifications Required

 Education:  Relevant degree in software engineering fields, training in principles and techniques of software development.

 Experience:  3-5 years of relevant software architecture, software development, software testing experience, and project leadership/management experience.

Skills:  Leadership, proactive goal orientation and ability to focus architectuarlly significant requirements and corresponding design decisions, good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:  Responsible for conducting, leading and coordinating software development activities thoughout the project, including key design decisions for the technology, structure configuration of the system.

Other:  Be familiar with systems concepts design and standards.  Provide technical expertise in terms of software usage, performance, aesthetics, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, economic and technological tradeoffs.

Team Lead Software Engineer

Reports to:  Project Manager/Software Architect

Qualifications Required:

Education:  Relevant degree in software engineering fields; training in principles and techniques of software development.

Experience:  3-5 years of relevant software architecture, software development, software testing experience, and demonstrated front-line project team leadership experience.

Skills:

• Strong technical skills in .NET, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008 (Reporting Service and Integration Service), AJAX and Web Services;
• Strong Enlish reading and written communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills;
• Ability to work in teams and have strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to deal with clients and travel to project sites, as necessary;
• Posessess good organizational skills;
• Demonstrated leadership experience as well s the ability to lead a group of software engineers and also able to work independently;
• Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions;
• Strong coaching skills.  Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members.
